March 27 at 8pm

An annual play-reading showcase in Cambridge.

The Gecko in Winter Series, with installments on the last Saturday of January, February and March, 2010, was inspired by the Gecko in Winter Series begun in Cape Cod in 2000 and will feature selected works from writers of the Playwrights Platform, the New Opera and Musical Theatre Initiative (NOMTI) and in vivo Productions.

The March 27th reading presents portions of Cafe, a new full-length by award-winning playwright and screenwriter, Hortense Gerardo.  This work has been developed at Shadowboxing and the Playwrights and Actors Cape Theatre (PACT.)

Featured artists include: Rachelle Coury, Brian Dunham, Dara Eagle, Peter Floyd, Naomi Gurt Lind and Chuck Schwager.
