A young Afghan woman prepares her country’s favorite dishes like qabuli palau  and bulani while telling the story  of her own trajectory . . . not filtered through western media.  Conceived and written by Lia Gladstone, former Professor of Drama at American University in Kabul, with  Naheed Esar Malikzay, an  Afghan Fulbright student at University of Oregon. Join us for traditional food and a compelling story.
